Excellence of Quality

Through choice and the desire to achieve the very best results, the Azienda Agricola Scraleca has always focused on genuineness and respect of raw materials in every production process.
The Wine, Olive Oils and Polenta Cornmeal all grow within a specific area, exclusively and strictly from the harvests of the Scraleca, Grimaldi and Isola zones, with slight variations from year to year, depending on the natural progress of the seasons.
No additions or alterations to company produce are permitted, in order to maintain the completeness and excellence of undisputable quality.

Thus, at an altitude of between 380 and 550 metres above sea-level, you can admire the vineyards and olive groves overlooking Lake Moro as they mature gently and naturally, according to Integrated Agriculture, to be harvested and processed to produce Bianco IGT Val Camonica Griso and Scraleca and Grimaldi Extravirgin Olive Oil.

Thus, from a broad stretch of terrain at between 265 and 360 metres above sea-level, you can gaze from the Camonica valley floor as far as Lake Iseo and the Adamello mountain group: working to protect the environment, with 90% of operations carried out by hand; providing the vines and olive trees with vigour and health to produce Bianco IGT Val Camonica Griso and Scraleca and Grimaldi Extravirgin Olive Oil.
And in the valley floor of Darfo Boario Terme, you can find fields of corn grown by preserving and maintaining age-old customs; without damaging the land, instead stimulating its generous capacity to produce unbeatable crops, to be transformed into Isola Polenta Cornmeal.
