Olive Oil

The Azienda Agricola Scraleca Extravirgin Olive Oils are delicate and pure mountain olive oils: Scraleca and Grimaldi, named after their places of origin; and Grignano, a single-variety cultivated at the foot of a cliff on high-altitude terrain. Hand-gathered olives, pressed within 48 hours and olive oil produced exclusively on the company’s small farms, in compliance with the regional criteria of Integrated Agriculture, with trends developing towards Organic Farming.

The olive oils are extracted strictly below 27 °C, in order to preserve fully the organoleptic qualities and nutritional properties.
